The Coffs Harbour Christian Community School campus features a series of single-storey, low-pitched, rectangular buildings that blend naturally into their semi-rural setting through a palette of brickwork, blockwork, fibre cement, metal cladding, and perforated screens. Designed for durability and comfort, the buildings incorporate wide eaves, covered links, and high-level glazed pop-up roofs for natural light and thermal efficiency. Acoustic insulation raked and flat perforated ceilings, and thermally controlled environments create ideal conditions for learning and teaching. Classrooms open directly to outdoor spaces, promoting easy movement and flexible educational practices, while the simple, modular site layout allows for long-term adaptability.
